Course objectives
By the end of this course, you will know how to
- Standardize a multi-machine Claude Code installation and roll it out to a team
- Sustain long sessions on large codebases: context, worktrees, hierarchical CLAUDE.md files
- Orchestrate subagents and multi-agent pipelines, including headless mode in CI
- Build your own MCP server, skills with scripts, and validation hooks
- Ship a real feature end to end: exploration, plan, tests, refactoring, review, deployment
- Lock down security, secrets, costs and conventions before going to production
The running example
Throughout this course, you follow Karim, lead developer at Nordpay, a 40-person fintech. His playground: a 400,000-line TypeScript and Python monorepo, a team of 12 developers, quarterly security audits and daily deployments. Karim already uses Claude Code solo — that's what the free course covers — but his CTO hands him a more ambitious mission: turn it into a team tool that is reliable, traceable and economically under control.
Chapter after chapter, you build the complete infrastructure with him: versioned and shared configuration, hierarchical project memory, specialized agents that review code, headless pipelines in CI, an MCP server wired into internal tooling, and guardrails that keep the agent away from secrets. By the end, you'll know exactly what separates "it works on my machine" from a professional Claude Code deployment.
